Global Garage Sale is a company built on customer service. We take the time to sit down with our customers to explain how our eBay Drop-Off system works, and perform free eBay appraisals of the items they’ve brought in to sell. Building trust with our customers is the first step in forming long term relationships. They know that the items they leave with us are safe and will be presented for sale on eBay in the most professional way possible. Over 25% of our customers come back with more items to sell, and we have a 99.9% positive eBay feedback rating. Our Winooski, Vermont flagship store is in a comfortable warehouse space with two large fish tanks, an antique sofa and a vintage barber’s chair.

The Global Garage Sale team works directly with our clients to ensure a fun, professional and secure sales experience. All items are researched and photographed in our store, assuring the best possible listings on eBay. We provide a toll free number for questions from potential buyers, and promptly answer all emails we receive. This helps our merchandise sell for the highest possible prices, and keeps both buyers and sellers coming back to visit us again.

As we enter our fourth year in business, we continue to fine tune our operation. In so doing, we are able to continually train our employees in appraisals, sales, customer service, and shipping.

Whenever possible, we utilize reused shipping materials and office furnishings, and have located our business within a downtown redevelopment area. Our company van runs on compressed natural gas which burns over 90% cleaner than comparable gasoline powered vans. We hold these principles to be an important part of our brand, our company philosophy, and our business responsibility to the local and Global communities.
